There has got to be a better way! -Marlin Huber

As Father’s Day is approaching we would like to honor our father, who stepped out to start the Huber Ag Business. Marlin had a vision to get into buying and selling used equipment, along with some shortline products like the Snocrete snow blowers. Somehow this business seemed to grow in unexpected ways and get bigger than most people could handle. But Marlin always finds a way to get it done, consistently working long days, to get shipments packaged and delivered. Above all the hard work and long hours Dad makes family time the most important. Even when a trip to go see his married kids is turned into a business trip, to a farm show, or to pick up or deliver something. This business has always had family at the center of it.

Along with the Huber Ag workload Dad is a vital part of the Farming4U business, spending many hours operating equipment and managing the cow herd. This year with the Tire Winder on our operation we can lighten the load of the grazing management for him. One of Dads values as he got into sales was bringing quality products to our customers, the way we do that is by testing the products on our operation. From the snowblowers, bale shredders, Jaylor Feed Wagons, Mixmate, Tire Winder, Solar Water Wagon, down to the grease gun ends and so many more. Dad has wanted to have first hand experience with the products we sell. As this business has transformed over the years the majority of the products are sold by Myrna, Dad has happily adjusted his role to empowering his wife, supporting Myrna by packaging shipments, organizing inventory, and doing whatever is needed to ensure the products she is selling are getting delivered.
